The MCHF & WHC conducts programming at the local community level.  This work is accomplished through dedicated volunteers called Trustee's.  Trustee's are folks just like yourself who have volunteered to help make a difference.

Trustee's are organized into 12 Districts and each district carries our the same functions as the Board of Directors, but at the local community level.
